1. Tuition Fees and Scholarships 

   1. Freshmen who are admitted in the first year will be provided with a scholarship that is exempt from tuition and miscellaneous fees in the first year.
   2. Comply with the private university fee standards set by the Taiwan government.
   3. Those with excellent grades can apply for the Kainan University Scholarship for Foreign Students.

2. Admission application timeline

   Autumn semester, 2023: from March 1st, 2023, to August 11th, 2023.

3. Documents attached to the admission application

• University application form in duplicate.
• The photocopy and original copy of the transcript of the highest education certificate of the foreign school verified by the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad. (Attach a Chinese or English translation and affix a certification stamp)
• It has been verified by the office of R.O.C. in a foreign country to have a financial certificate sufficient to study in Taiwan. Both domestic and overseas students are required to submit financial proof of more than US$3,000 within three months. If the document is issued by the bay agency number, verification is not required. (For those who have received Taiwan scholarship, please replace with the certificate of Taiwan scholarship)
• A copy of the passport. (If you don’t currently have a passport, you don’t need to pay it)
• Students must pass at least level 2 of the TOCFL Chinese Language Proficiency Test
• Autobiography
• Study plan
• 4 2-inch photos
• Registration fee receipt
